What is it about August that screams, “Let’s start construction EVERYWHERE!” You know the joke, Michigan has two seasons: Winter & Construction. I take three major highways on my commute to Ann Arbor.  All three of them have had some type of construction on them.  Nothing was too irritating until this past week.  They have closed two lanes on M-14, right where all kinds of traffic is merging on.
