By GARY GRAFF Billboard.com Meat Loaf, Yes singer Jon Anderson and former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley will be the headline “counselors” at this year’s Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, which will take place Nov. 17-22 in Hollywood. A shorter and less expensive session will also be held Nov.
